Warranty Policy

All eligible products are covered under warranty starting from the date of purchase.


Claim Process

  • Warranty claims will be repaired or replaced within 10 business days after technical inspection and approval.

  • To process a claim, you must provide the purchase invoice or invoice number.


Warranty Will Be Void If:

  • The product is physically damaged.

  • The product has been repaired, modified, maintained, or disassembled by unauthorized personnel.

  • Damage is caused by natural disasters (Acts of God) or force majeure events.


Warranty Limitations

  • Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only.

  • The warranty does not cover additional accessories.
