Orders

Products are primarily ordered through the Internet, specifically through the blizpage.com online store and social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram).

All orders are confirmed by the ecommerce website, which includes the order price, shipping costs, and the products ordered. When ordering, a valid email address and phone number must be provided in order to receive an order confirmation.

Order and payment confirmation

We will send an order confirmation email with the list of products ordered, the invoice total, and any applicable tax breakdown.

SADAD payment solutions or your bank will send you a payment confirmation via SMS or email for online payments, stating the payment amount and date of the transaction. If you have any questions about the payment transaction, please contact us.

You must pay the delivery officer with cash or a credit card when you accept your package for cash on delivery orders.

SADAD PAYMENT SOLUTIONS is the payment service provider, and it appears as the payment receiver on the card invoice and transfers the payment to the merchant.

Methods and time of delivery

Delivery by Blizpage delivery cargo and it takes 1-2 business days. Delivery is available throughout QATAR, with the exception of a few remote zones.
