Orders

Products can be ordered through the Blizpage.com online store as well as via our social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram).

All orders are confirmed by our eCommerce system, including details of the product(s) ordered, order price, and shipping costs. When placing an order, you must provide a valid email address and phone number to receive the confirmation.


Order & Payment Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the product list, invoice total, and applicable tax details.

For online payments, your bank or payment provider will also send you a payment confirmation via SMS or email, showing the amount paid and the transaction date. If you have questions regarding your payment, please contact us directly.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in cash or by credit card to the delivery officer upon receiving your package.


Payment Methods & Service Provider

Payments for products and delivery costs are made at the time of order. We accept the following cards:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

All online payments are securely processed by our authorized payment service provider, which will appear as the payment receiver on your card statement.


Delivery Methods & Timeframe

Deliveries are handled by outsourced courier partners. Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days, and service is available throughout Sri Lanka.


Delivery Rates

We offer seasonal and promotional free delivery when available. Otherwise, delivery fees are charged as follows:

  • City Limits (Colombo 1–15, Colombo suburbs, outside areas)

    • Rs. 350 (Basic) + Rs. 100 per additional Kg

  • North & East

    • Rs. 450 (Basic) + Rs. 100 per additional Kg
